Magnificent wide-ranging views. A day route with extremely lengthy ascents, interspersed with downhill trails. Can be shorted by taking the cable car. Get a taste of the Ironbike Marathon feeling! This very long and varied endurance loop runs along the route of the Ironbike competition and requires a very good level of fitness. It also includes lengthy downhill sections. The start requires lots of stamina. The ascent runs via the Höllboden up to the Salaaser Kopf with beautiful views. From here, the tour runs to the Zeblasjoch. The subsequent forest path takes you to Samnaun without any particular issues. Following the valley, the route leads to Laret. From here, another lengthy ascent leads up via the Alp Trida and to the Flimjochbahn mountain station, covering 1,000 m of altitude. If you prefer, you can take the gondola and chair lift for a more comfortable ascent. The Flimjoch single trail and Velill downhill section lead back to the start point.
Arrival
The autoroute (A12 (westbound) or A14 (eastbound)) leads you to the Arlbergschnellstraße (S 16). At the exit for Pians, turn onto the Paznauntalstraße (B 188) and follow its course into the Paznaun.

Public transport
With the railway station in Landeck, the Paznaun is optimally connected to the Austrian train network. From Landeck-Zams station, only a short bus ride separates you from the Paznaun. Every half hour, line bus 260 runs from there through the valley. Bus stop: Ischgl Silvrettabahn
