Accessibility statement in accordance with TADG
by the Paznaun-Ischgl Tourism Association (TVB for short)

The Paznaun – Ischgl Tourism Association endeavours to make its website compliant with Section 14b of the Tyrolean Anti-Discrimination Act 2005 in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies.

This accessibility statement applies to the websites www.ischgl.com, www.galtuer.com, www.kappl.com, www.see.at and www.paznaun-ischgl.com. For the content of the websites that are subject to the Accessibility Act 2025 within the scope of the TVB's private-sector activities, the accessibility statement in accordance with the BAFG (see below) applies.

I.    Status of compliance with the requirements

Due to the following incompatibilities and exceptions, this website is only partially compliant with Conformity Level AA of the “Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.2” and with the applicable European Standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03). Older content complies with earlier versions of the WCAG. Some of the content complies with Level AAA.

II.    Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

2.1.    Incompatibility with accessibility requirements:

  • Some headings do not stand out clearly enough against the background.
  • Alternative text is missing for some images and logos.
  • Not all videos have subtitles (as there is no spoken audio).

The TVB is working to fill in these missing or incomplete labels on an ongoing basis.

2.2.    Disproportionate burden:

  • Logo placements contain text solely as part of images.
  • Map legends are sometimes displayed as text within images.
  • Some event names and individual pieces of content are available in English.
  • Some of the text, links and control elements contain English terms and prompts.
  • The reading level of some sections is higher than B2 in places.
  • Some buttons do not stand out clearly enough against the background.

The TVB takes the view that rectifying the content listed above in accordance with the accessibility regulations would constitute a disproportionate burden. The TVB endeavours to publish its new content in accordance with the regulations.

2.3.    The following content falls outside the scope of the TADG:

Content provided by third parties, such as regional businesses, event organisers, etc., falls outside the TVB’s sphere of influence and is therefore exempt from Directive (EU) 2016/2012.

III.    Preparation of this accessibility statement

This statement was drawn up in June 2025 and updated in June 2026.

An assessment of the website’s compliance with the TADG (Tyrolean Anti-Discrimination Act) for the implementation of the requirements of Directive (EU) 2016/2102 was carried out in the form of an external test in accordance with WCAG 2.2 at Conformity Level AA (29 August 2026). Individual page content is regularly checked by the web editorial team when new content is published.

IV.    Feedback and contact details

The content and services on this website are constantly being improved, updated and expanded. Usability and accessibility are of great importance to the TVB. If you notice any barriers that prevent you from using this website – problems not described in this statement, or shortcomings in terms of compliance with accessibility requirements – please report them by email. The TVB will review your enquiry and contact you as soon as possible.

Please send all feedback and suggestions to website@paznaun-ischgl.com with the subject line “Reporting accessibility issues on the website [LINK]”. Please describe the problem and provide the URL(s) of the relevant web page or document.

V.    Enforcement proceedings

If you are not satisfied with the responses received via the contact details provided above, you may lodge a complaint with the Ombudsman’s Office for Accessible Internet and Mobile Applications of the Province of Tyrol. The complaint will be examined to determine whether it concerns a breach of the provisions of Section 14b of the Tyrolean Anti-Discrimination Act by bodies of the Province, the municipalities, municipal associations and self-governing bodies established by provincial law. If the complaint is justified, the Ombudsman’s Office must issue recommendations for action to the Province or the relevant legal entities and propose measures designed to remedy the identified shortcomings. Further information on the complaints procedure can be found at Ombudsman’s Office for Accessible Internet | Province of Tyrol.
