• Independent inspection of the entire hotel area for defects, repair needs and signs of wear and tear.

• Carrying out minor repairs and general technical maintenance work

• General cleaning and maintenance work indoors and outdoors

• Supporting the housekeeping and reception team with technical issues

• Proper waste separation and disposal

• Luggage service for our guests and, if required, parking service.

• Performing winter maintenance including snow removal and ensuring traffic safety on the hotel grounds

• Technical understanding and enjoyment of diverse tasks

• Experience in building services, maintenance or skilled trades is an advantage.
