Preparing cold dishes, appetizers, appetizer buffets and salad buffets
Jointly responsible for the smooth running of the entire kitchen
Creation and planning of dishes
Coordination of individual work steps
Compliance with all health and hygiene standards (HACCP)

completed education
Work experience in a comparable position
Teamwork, flexibility, creativity and organizational skills
independent working
good knowledge of German
