• Responsibility for the smooth operation of the station's own service processes
• Performing the "mise en place" (preparing the workplace)
• Representation of the restaurant
• Create invoice
• Ensuring good communication within the service department and in other departments.
• Coordination of the service process with the entire restaurant and kitchen
• Fast and customer-oriented handling of complaints

• German language skills required
