HR Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibility for the entire recruiting process (job posting, interviews, onboarding)
Ongoing collaboration with department heads and management
Support of administrative HR processes (contracts, certificates, personnel files)
Preparation of apprenticeship contracts and apprentice support
Staff support (room allocation, etc.)
Advising and supporting department heads on all personnel-related issues
Ensuring and complying with labor law regulations (Austrian labor law)
Close cooperation with the payroll department

Several years of experience in human resources management, ideally in the hotel or restaurant industry
Sound knowledge of employment law and HR processes (recruiting, onboarding, personnel development)
Organizational talent and structured work style

Regular working hours / Monday-Friday
