Maria Schnee Chapel in Ischgl, Pasnatsch

The date of construction mentioned in the literature is 1643 (enlarged in 1708). The patrocinium of Maria Schnee goes back to a legend from Rome, according to which a church was to be built on the spot where the Madonna appeared at night (5 August 358) and where there was snow the next morning.
