Martin has been working as a waiter at the Alpenhaus mountain restaurant in Ischgl and appreciates his work very much. Martin considers the free employee accommodation at the Silvrettaseilbahn AG to be a particular bonus. “The new employee building constructed last year with beautiful single rooms and comprehensive facilities is simply wonderful”.
Regulated working hours
The regulated working hours, rather like office hours – something very unusual when working in catering – are very employee-friendly, in Martin’s view. “Unlike with an office job, here we work on the sun terrace out in the fresh air – another very pleasant aspect of my work,” says Martin with joy in his eyes.
