5 useful tips

For a fun tobogganing experience
  1. Warm, waterproof clothing protects you from the cold and the wet.
  2. Wearing a helmet will keep you safe throughout your journey.
  3. When tobogganing with children, ideally they should sit directly in front of the adults. We strongly advise against tobogganing head-first or lying on your stomach!
  4. Avoid stopping or getting off whilst cycling! If you do need to stop, do so at the side of the cycle path.
  5. Make sure you wear suitable footwear – you cannot walk up the slope in ski boots!
