Description
The tour starts in the village centre of Ischgl. Ride your bike along the Paznauntal road to the Paznaunweg, which leads over the Trisanna. Follow the path along the valley floor through Mathon to Valzur. From here, take the forest path towards the Friedrichshafener Hütte (2,138 m). This leads through the forest in several hairpin bends to above the tree line. The refuge is picturesquely nestled by a small lake and offers a fantastic view of the Silvretta and the imposing Fluchthorn. From here, continue on foot along a road towards Muttenjoch/Heilbronner Hütte. At the level of the Pachtlbach stream, the trail branches off to the south in the direction of Adamsberg. The trail continues along the Grieskogelsee lake towards the summit. After overcoming a rope-secured section, the trail leads to the Grießkogel (2,641 m) without any further difficulties.
Tip: Beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and Galtür on the valley floor.
