You run your own service station with around 25-30 guests
You are responsible for the smooth service process at breakfast and dinner
You give qualified wine recommendations from our wine list
You advise our guests about our food and drink offerings
You are responsible for overseeing the daily mise en place work
You support the training of our interns and apprentices
You work with the Novacom POS system

Work experience in similar companies
Good wine knowledge or sommelier training is an advantage
Good communication skills with a strong service orientation
Sense of responsibility
Flexibility, teamwork and resilience
Knowledge of foreign languages
