Reception and support of our international guests
Check-in and check-out including verification, payment collection, and settlement of guest bills
Cash management
Telephone switchboard
Maintaining the guest database and handling guest correspondence
Editing the menus for our restaurants
Preparation of the weekly program and the morning paper
Recording and booking additional services
Safe and independent performance of all administrative reception tasks

Professional experience at reception
Excellent computer skills, ideally experience with Protel and TAC
Structured, organized and independent work style
Sense of responsibility
Flexibility, teamwork skills and resilience
Excellent German and English skills
Language skills, openness, enjoyment of interacting with people
