Receptionist

• Check-in and check-out
• Handling of guest requests (in person, in writing and by telephone)
• Processing of reservations (in person, in writing and by telephone)
• Processing of daily correspondence / correspondence
• Update of the online notification platforms
• Design of the morning mail and evening menus
• Management of the social media accounts
• Creation of the daily guest lists for the various departments

We don't generally expect anyone with formal training or similar qualifications. Of course, we welcome people who already have experience in the hotel and restaurant industry, but we're equally thrilled to welcome motivated career changers. We're looking for people who love working with guests as much as we do – and PS: our guests are simply wonderful! :) We're looking for people who can unleash their creativity with a smile and simply express themselves. And people who will create a truly special experience for our guests.

What is generally important for us:

• Excellent German and English skills - communication is key ;)
• Excellent social skills with guests - practically a guest whisperer (:
• Friendliness and open-mindedness – that makes everything easier and more beautiful :)
• Conflict resolution – thankfully we don't need it often, but it's a skill that can be learned and can sometimes make situations easier. Don't worry – we're always here to help :)

• The house was built in 1960 and is now run by the 3rd generation family with 29 rooms & suites.
• We regularly have many regular guests who have become part of the family or really close friends.

• Accommodation - We provide you with a staff room, as well as three meals a day. Free Wi-Fi, a TV in the room, and a minibar are also included. Use of the spa and fitness room after 8:00 pm is also included.
• Laundry facilities in the house - put the laundry in, go skiing, take the laundry out - totally relaxing, right?
• We also have parking , of course.
