The cuisine is defined by its quality and creativity and the chef combines contemporary cross-over cuisine with plenty of Tyrol and special regional or local elements. But guests should not be surprised to find dishes such as ‘llama fillet from our own farm’ on the menu alongside the creatively prepared Tyrol specialities. This is yet another special feature of the Adler in Ischgl as we are the only place in the Paznauntal valley to breed our own llamas (at our ‘Klein Zeinis’ mountain refuge). Little wonder then that the cooking cuisine of the Goldener Adler has been described in magazines and guides as ‘creative lifestyle cuisine with traditional roots’. That’s fine by us – the main thing is that our guests like the food!
